We are seeking a visionary and experienced Producer to join our dynamic video game development team in Box Hill, Australia. As a Producer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire game development process, from concept to launch, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams throughout the game development lifecycle
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and programmers to define and refine game features
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or quality
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners
- Organize and lead regular project status meetings and reviews
- Ensure adherence to company standards, best practices, and industry trends
- Contribute to the strategic planning and direction of game projects
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform game development decisions
- Oversee quality assurance processes and manage bug tracking systems

Our recruitment process typically consists of an initial review of your application and if suitable followed with a Teams or Phone interview. For those selected to progress further it may include an online assessment, and two interviews which can be conducted onsite or remote.
